At Shinex Store, we are committed to providing high-quality products and always strive to ensure customer satisfaction. If you wish to return or exchange a product, please review the following terms and procedures
Return and Exchange Conditions
- The customer has the right to request a return or exchange within a maximum of 7 days from the date of receiving the order.
- The product must be in its original condition, unused, and with the outer packaging unopened.
- The customer is responsible for the shipping fees related to the return or exchange process.
- If the product arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, the store will cover all shipping and return costs, and the customer has the right to exchange the product or receive a refund without any additional fees.
Return Fees
When returning a product that meets the conditions mentioned above, the return shipping fees will be deducted from the refunded amount.
If the order was paid through the Cash on Delivery service, the Cash on Delivery service fee will also be deducted from the refunded amount.
Return Request Process
Return or exchange requests must be submitted by contacting the customer service team within a maximum of 7 days from the date of receiving the order.

Return Processing Time
Return requests are processed within 5 to 15 business days from the date the product is received at the warehouse.
Refund Process
The eligible amount will be transferred within 14 business days after receiving the product, inspecting it, and approving the return request.
The refund will be issued to the same payment method used at the time of purchase.
If the payment was made through Tamara or Tabby services, the refund process will be handled according to the approved procedures of the service provider.
